What are my shipping options?
Shipping Options & Delivery Times We offer several shipping options within the U.S. . Shipping timelines are approximate and do not include weekends, federal holidays, or unforeseen delays (weather, high volume, traffic, etc.). Orders may be split if items are ready to ship on different dates.

What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay , Klarna and Afterpay.
Shop Pay: You can also choose to split your purchase into four installments using Shop Pay. Shop Pay Installments powered by Affirm is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest or late fees. Afterpay At the checkout, choose Installments with Afterpay as your payment method. Returns, Exchanges & Repairs
What is gorjana's return policy?
Returns are accepted on all unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Returns are free. To process your return please visit ouronline return portal. Exceptions may apply to personalized items.
How do I start a return?
You can create a return or exchange online by entering your email address and order number (starts with GOR) using our online returns portal.
To avoid any delays with processing your return, please be sure to download the prepaid return shipping label associated with your return. Consolidating returns or using the incorrect shipping label may cause a delay with your refund.

How to wear and care for my gorjana jewelry?
Fashion Jewelry (18K Gold-Plated)
Our 18K gold-plated jewelry is protected with an anti-tarnish barrier. To maximize the life of your pieces:
- Daily Activity: Preserve your jewelry’s plating by avoiding contact with water, cleaning agents, beauty products, and anything containing derivatives of alcohol. Remove jewelry prior to exercise, washing your hands, or swimming.
- Cleaning Your Pieces: Gently clean with a soft, dry cotton cloth to renew its shine.
- Storing Your Pieces: Store your gorjana be·spoke styles with the provided anti-tarnishing strip inside your gorjana jewelry pouch. Keep in a cool, dry place and store separately to prevent scratching.
Fine Jewelry (14K & 18K Solid Gold)
Our fine jewelry is crafted from 14K and 18K solid gold. These metals will not oxidize or discolor, but proper care helps maintain their shine and protect delicate stones.
- Daily Activity: Be mindful while exercising. Rings in particular can bend or lose stones when worn with weights, pulleys, or other equipment.
- Cleaning Your Pieces: Gently wash with warm water and mild soap. Rinse well and dry completely with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid chlorine and harsh cleaning agents, as they can dull gold or damage fragile gemstones.
- Storing Your Jewelry: Store pieces individually, clasped, laid flat, or hung. Keeping them separate helps prevent tangles, bends, or breaks.
Luxury Jewelry Care System
Our Gentle Jewelry Cleaner removes oils, dirt, and buildup from 14K and 18K gold jewelry. It is safe for solid gold, diamonds, emeralds, rubies, sapphires, pearls, and treated stones.

Do you offer engraving?
We do! We offer complimentary, custom engraving on all of our bespoke styles.
Engraving is only available through gorjana.com.
- Inappropriate Language We are unable to process any engraving request containing profanities or inappropriate language. Where possible, we will contact you to seek an alternative engraving.
- Engraving Fonts: Font and color is for preview purposes only, actual engraving does not contain black. Some discrepancies will occur with the actual engraved product. All copy will automatically be printed centered and will not be adjusted left or right.
- Engraving Return Policy and Lead Time: Engraved Bespoke items may not be returned or exchanged. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for delivery of Bespoke items. Please contact customercare@gorjana.com for any further questions!
